I forgot my password or would like to update my account
Accounts, including email logins and passwords, will be set up shortly. If you continue experiencing issues, send us an email and we will provide assistance.
Do I need to log in to purchase event tickets?
No, you do not need to be logged in to purchase event tickets. Just go to the event and choose the ticket or sponsorship you would like. For each ticket, please provide a name, email, and company. Each email you provide will receive a confirmation after purchase.
I worry about security when paying online.
All traffic through our site is secured with an SSL and all purchases are handled securely through Square. Reach out to our team to learn more about our security measures.
What is the difference between a membership and a sponsorship?
Memberships are sold individually to local professionals and are good for 1 year.
Sponsorships include other benefits, from brand recognition on the TCOH website to discounts on event tickets, as well as one or more memberships depending on which sponsorship is selected. Sponsorships are good for 1 year.
Will my membership or sponsorship automatically renew?
Memberships will automatically renew if you allow them to, but you will receive emails beginning the month prior to renewal informing you of the renewal date and instructing on how to cancel before renewal if you would like.
Alternatively, send us a message informing us that you would like to not renew and we will update your account to avoid automatic renewal.
