Kameel E. Gaines is returning as our motivational speaker for this inspiring awards dinner.

Kameel is the Founder and CEO of Rig On Wheels Recruiting Services and Atlas AI Growth & Marketing Agency. With more than 16 years of experience in transportation, recruiting, and marketing, she has built a career helping carriers attract, hire, and retain CDL drivers while leveraging emerging technologies to drive growth.

Kameel has worked with companies ranging from small fleets to mega carriers and has helped connect thousands of CDL drivers with career opportunities across the United States. Her expertise spans driver recruitment, talent acquisition, AI search visibility, digital marketing, and business growth strategies.

A speaker and thought leader, Kameel has presented at leading industry events including TMSA Elevate, MODEX, MATS, and the AAWTA Gala. She is a member of the Forbes Business Council and is known for translating AI and marketing trends into practical strategies that organizations can implement immediately.

Through her companies and media platforms, Kameel is committed to helping the transportation industry become more visible, more connected, and better prepared for the future.
